Driver arrested for 12-pack beer DUI

Lake Forest - A male driver was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol when he collided into a power box the other day.
Robert Ghear, 20, and the other passengers were riding a black Nissan car near Serrano Road and Lake Vista. The police said that they got out of the car with a 12-pack beer in hand. They speculated that Ghear might be drunk and might be the cause of the accident.
Furthermore, the driver did a field balance and coordination test. He was sent to the Orange County Jail afterwards.
