Father, Toddler Survives Hit-and-Run Crash

Canoga Park – The 17-month-old boy involved in the night of June 10’shit-and-run accident near Variel Avenue is said to be in stable condition after being airlifted to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, authorities said.
Reports said the toddler was in a stroller pushed by his father along with his mother as they were crossing Saticoy Street at around 9:05 p.m. when a black vehicle appeared and hit them. The toddler and his father flew off and crashed on the street because of the impact.
The boy sustained multiple injuries but he and his father were declared to be in a stable condition while his mother is not injured.
The driver fled and continued driving on the westbound lane of the Saticoy Street. He is yet to be apprehended.
