Precious Moments Angel Decor Pulled from Market

Washington — The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has advised consumers not to use their Precious Moments Angel Tree Toppers after the product was pulled out from the market recently.
The announcement came after the agency found that the home decor can cause fire because of the lack of wiring. Nearly 4,300 ornaments that were pulled from the shelves. The said products were manufactured in China by Precious Moments Inc.
The angels were 10 inches tall and have LED lighted wings. They were distributed nationwide beginning in August 2009 until December 2009. The products were sold for $18 apiece.
