Victim in Train Accident ID'd

Covina – A homeless man has been identified by the coroner’s office two days after he was hit and killed by a Metrolink train Wednesday afternoon.
A 52-year-old Robert Stratton Jr. is said to be the man who was struck in the railroad near Azusa Avenue in the south of Cypress Street.
The accident which occurred at around 5:30 pm instantly killed Stratton as paramedics pronounced him dead upon arrival.
The cause and circumstances surrounding the accident is still under investigation.
