Monday Crash Kills Passenger, Injures Two

San Diego - A passenger of a BMW heading East at Route 52 Monday morning was killed after their vehicle swerved off the road and turned over a several times.
Yaser Ali Sayah, 20, was riding with three others when the accident happened at 1:45 west of Convoy Street, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The driver of the said vehicle and another 21-year-old in the back seat were hospitalized after sustaining hand injuries while a 19-year-old sitting also in the back seat was unscathed.
Three of the victims, including the demised, were from El Cajon, said CHP.
Authorities refused to believe that alcohol was a factor in the accident.
